Powder coating technician • Jakusko, Yobe State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Jakusko, Yobe State. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
