Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Etinan, Akwa Ibom State. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
