Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day-to-day duties: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Overtime paid at a premium rate.
