Vacancy available: CNC milling operator (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Haskell County, Kansas. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges On the job you will handle: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
