Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Etche, Rivers State. Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Your main tasks: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use 1+ years on the tools preferred.
