Meat trimmer — Wukari

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Wukari, Taraba State. On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
