The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Full-time, day shift.
