Estate gardener wanted in Lake County

Now hiring: we are hiring an estate gardener in Lake County, Illinois. You will work in a botanical garden. On the job you will handle: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Full-time, day shift.
