Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Blanco County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints Performance bonus on top of base pay.
