Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Overtime paid at a premium rate.
