Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Adams County, Colorado. You will work at a plant nursery. Day to day you will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe. You should have: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
