Electrostatic spray painter — Bungudu

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Bungudu, Zamfara State. The job is at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
