Gardener — Cedar County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gardener in Cedar County, Missouri. You will be based at a landscaping company. The role involves weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. Requirements: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
