Bread baker wanted in Indore

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should bring understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; 2+ years' experience as a baker. ₹30,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
