Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel On the job you will handle: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling Pay around ₦180,000 per month, based on your experience.
