Dish pit attendant wanted in Funakaye

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Funakaye, Gombe State. You will work at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
