Bakery assistant wanted in Ebonyi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ebonyi, Ebonyi State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker 2+ years on the tools preferred.
