Dishwashing attendant • Adavi, Kogi State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Adavi, Kogi State. You will work in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
