Bakery assistant • Bell County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bell County, Texas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
