Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Marte, Borno State. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. Your main tasks: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦80,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
