Banksman wanted in Suleja

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Suleja, Niger State. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces On the job you will handle: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
