Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Zing, Taraba State. The job is at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness 4+ years on the tools preferred.
