Pastry baker wanted in Hale County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hale County, Texas. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
