Counter butcher wanted in Hunt County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Hunt County, Texas. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
