Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Tift County, Georgia. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
