Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Hamilton County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
