Dishwasher — Duval County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Duval County, Florida. You will work at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
