Join our team: we are hiring a hand presser in Shawnee County, Kansas. The role involves meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Full-time with occasional weekends.
