Abattoir worker — Aleiro

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Aleiro, Kebbi State. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
