Surface coating operator • Yala, Cross River State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Yala, Cross River State. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Rotating shifts.
