Meat cutter — Moro

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Moro, Kwara State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time with occasional weekends.
