Fine-dining server • Montgomery County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Montgomery County, Tennessee. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
