Vertical milling machine operator — Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Warren County, Illinois. The job is in a toolroom. You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T You will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
