Deboner wanted in Ibeno

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Ibeno, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Part-time with flexible hours.
