Pastry baker • Lere, Kaduna State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Lere, Kaduna State. You will work at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer ₦190,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
