Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Dan Musa, Katsina State. Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform 2+ years on the tools preferred.
