You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time with occasional weekends.
