Paint booth operator wanted in Stark County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Stark County, Illinois. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
