Renovation plasterer • Upshur County, Texas

Now hiring: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Upshur County, Texas. You will work on a busy domestic building site. On a typical shift you will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; check walls for plumb and level as you go; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork. Requirements: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
