Immediate opening: we are hiring a house painter in Douglas County, Illinois. You will work in a paint and spray workshop. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site On a typical shift you will carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
