What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
