On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer ₦205,000 per month plus benefits.
