Heavy equipment operator (dozer) wanted in Cochise County

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Cochise County, Arizona. The job is on a dam or embankment job. Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems 5+ years on the tools preferred.
