Confectioner • Nkwerre, Imo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Nkwerre, Imo State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
