Tandoor cook wanted in Winnebago County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Winnebago County, Illinois. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service Full-time with occasional weekends.
