Formwork carpenter • Lapai, Niger State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Lapai, Niger State. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules On a typical shift you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
