Crane rigger • Zuru, Kebbi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane rigger in Zuru, Kebbi State. You will be based on a high-rise building site. The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Six days a week, one day off.
