Mining dozer operator — Warren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Warren County, Iowa. You will be based at an open-cast mine. Day to day you will operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Rotating shifts.
