Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
