Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Blackpool, England. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request.
